I’m a self-described coffee addict. I need a cup before I get dressed and another while I’m getting ready. When I travel, I pack some instant coffee just in case my friends aren’t as highly caffeinated as I am (It’s hard to imagine, but it’s better to be safe). But after a recent trip to Costco, I found an even better option to stow in my fridge (and my overnight bag), and it takes even less effort than turning on a kettle.
Enter my new favorite Costco sweet treat: the La Colombe Draft Latte Cold Brew Variety Pack. The hardest part is deciding which of the three flavors to grab before cracking it open and getting back to the rest of my day.
La Colombe Draft Latte Cold Brew Variety Pack
- Price: $20.88 for a 12-pack or $1.74 per can
- Why I Love It: This coffee shop-quality latte in a can is available in three ultra-cravable flavors (caramel, vanilla, and mocha). Made with single-origin Colombian coffee beans for a subtly creamy, yet rich coffee flavor, it’s not just a sugary caffeine hit—it’s genuinely good coffee.

Why I Love La Colombe Cold Brew Variety Pack
Despite my best efforts (and a few too many splurges on fancy espresso gadgets), I’ve never quite nailed a coffee shop-quality latte at home. Sure, I can make something passable, but it’s just not the same as the velvety, barista-made drink from my favorite local spot. My very first-world problem? Breaking out of my writing groove, swapping yoga pants for something presentable, and actually leaving the house. But when the alternative is just reaching into my fridge for a ready-to-drink latte, it’s a no-brainer.
These cans are also better for my wallet. I love my neighborhood coffee shop, where I get to yap with the baristas and hear all about the neighborhood hot gossip. But at $7 a pop for an iced vanilla latte, it’s not something I can justify daily. At just $1.74 per can, La Colombe Cold Brew is a fraction of the price, and I can enjoy it without having to swipe my card or even leave the house.
But let’s be real, taste is what makes or breaks a coffee. These lattes are not too sweet, slightly carbonated, and full-bodied enough to remind me that I’m drinking real coffee, not a sugary coffee-adjacent beverage.
Each box has three flavors—caramel, vanilla, and mocha—all premade in 9-ounce cans. They’re refreshing, perfectly portable, and the ideal size for a quick caffeine boost. Plus, they’re just sweet enough without being cloying, making them a treat that doesn’t feel too indulgent.
Now, the hardest part of my day is deciding which flavor to grab before I head out to sunbathe on the porch.
