I’m a self-described coffee addict. I need a cup before I get dressed and another while I’m getting ready. But after a recent trip to Costco, I found an even better option to stow in my fridge (and my overnight bag), and it takes even less effort than turning on a kettle. 

Enter my new favorite Costco sweet treat: the La Colombe Draft Latte Cold Brew Variety Pack. The hardest part is deciding which of the three flavors to grab before cracking it open and getting back to the rest of my day.

Despite my best efforts (and a few too many splurges on fancy espresso gadgets), I’ve never quite nailed a coffee shop-quality latte at home. Sure, I can make something passable, but it’s just not the same as the velvety, barista-made drink from my favorite local spot. My very first-world problem?
