So many dishes contain onions. But not everyone likes onions, and those following certain diets (such as the low FODMOP diet) need to avoid onions and their cousins in the allium family like garlic, scallions, leeks, shallots, and chives.

Just because these recipes contain no onion or any of its cousins, it doesn't mean they don't have a ton of flavor. From breakfast to lunch to dinner, these recipes are creative and delicious.
