I’m the kind of person who thinks about breakfast while brushing my teeth at night. I mentally cycle through my options: oatmeal with chia seeds, toast layered with peanut butter and mashed berries, or scrambled eggs with feta and greens. It’s a lot of effort for the first thing in the morning, which is why I was thrilled to find an easy shortcut on my last Costco run: Noosa Yoghurt.
Nestled among the bulk cheese and family-sized hummus tubs was a 12-pack of Noosa’s 4-ounce yogurts, and at just $9.79 for the pack (that’s 82 cents a cup!), I didn’t hesitate. Each cup is surprisingly filling as it’s made from whole milk, especially compared to the watery 2% or fat-free stuff.
Why I Love Noosa Yoghurt
I’m a firm believer that every grocery item should come in a variety pack (tea, granola bars, sparkling water—please take notes). Noosa’s mix of lemon, key lime, and mango flavors feels like a sunshine-drenched Florida vacation in snack form. If Noosa ever wants to name this trio, may I suggest “Florida Summer”?

The variety pack hits every mood and craving. The lemon is bright and tangy, a perfect contrast to the yogurt’s velvety texture. The key lime tastes like a creamy, spoonable slice of pie. The mango is tropical and sweet, and it is my personal favorite, especially on mornings when all I have in the fridge is a sad, overripe banana and a bruised apple.
Each cup has a sweetened fruit purée base and is topped with a creamy whole milk yoghurt, perfect for grab-and-go mornings and days when the fruit bowl only has one brown banana. When I have the time, though, I like to elevate them a bit.
Other Ways to Enjoy Noosa Yoghurt
For the citrusy ones, I slice up fresh strawberries or kiwis and pile them on top. For mango, I might throw on some toasted coconut or slivered almonds. Add a drizzle of almond butter, a handful of granola, or a few hemp seeds, and it’s a whole meal.
I also love to blend the yogurt into smoothies for extra creaminess (the mango one + frozen pineapple = tropical smoothie dream). Stir a cup into overnight oats for an easy breakfast, or spoon it over pancakes instead of (or let’s be real, as well as with) syrup.
The individual cups also make for an ideal midday snack or dessert—especially if you freeze one for about an hour before eating. It turns into something that’s not quite fro-yo, not quite gelato…but entirely craveable.
